Macrame Hanging Basket – Swirly Things

Macramé is believed to have originated with 13th-century Arab weavers. These artisans knotted the excess thread and yarn along the edges of hand-loomed fabrics into decorative fringes on bath towels, shawls, and veils. (copied from Wiki… ) my favorite one i didn’t get a photo of, but was a gift with lotsa beads at the bottom….the green at top & bottom give it color balance.. a small, finely tuned windchime would make this one perfect
